For customer support, the company's AI assistant is available in "more than 50 languages," with "Nearly 45% of issues that start with our AI assistant" now being resolved without a human agent.

In accommodations, Airbnb added "thousands of boutique and independent hotels". While hotels represent a "single-digit percentage of nights booked," hotel nights are growing "approximately 3x faster than our homes business" and "Roughly 35% of first-time hotel guests returned to Airbnb to book a home".For future guidance, Mertz stated that in the third quarter of 2026, Airbnb expects to "generate revenue of $4.69 billion to $4.77 billion, representing year-over-year growth of 15% to 17%".
